Donations
One of the hallmarks of AGSS is that its services are free of charge. No participant should feel obligated to pay for our services. Often, however, those who have benefited from our program ask if they can help financially in keeping our services available. The answer to that question is “Yes!”
AGSS is a nonprofit, charitable organization recognized under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We are funded primarily with donations from charitable foundations and individuals. We do not receive funds from the United Way, or any other collective fund-raising effort.
While we strive to keep our costs down, providing quality services to the community is expensive and we do incur expenses for salaries, payroll taxes, office equipment, supplies, telephone, printing, postage and the like.
